I'm Gordon J. Whiting, publisher of Newsjunkie.net.

I was born in 1956, in Salt Lake City, Utah. At five my family moved to Los Angeles, where new worlds of music, food, language and art opened to us. In 1967 the family moved again, to Southeast Asia. I attended schools in Manila and Singapore, and traveled throughout the area exploring the terrain and culture. The impressions of those years have stayed with me to this day. As a businessman I've invested my career in various sectors of the arts and high technology.
