aio Media Group is the media division of aio, LLC (formerly PacificBasin Communications), a privately held, Honolulu-based company. aio, LLC is chaired by Duane K. Kurisu.

The media division traces to PacificBasin Communications. HAWAIʻI Magazine, founded in 1984 and published in Southern California for 23 years, joined the group in 2007.
