Business Line (The Hindu BusinessLine)

Business Line, published as The Hindu BusinessLine, is an English-language business daily newspaper in India, published by Kasturi & Sons Ltd., the Chennai-based publisher of The Hindu.

The paper was first published on January 28, 1994, as Kasturi & Sons' entry into dedicated business journalism, distinct from The Hindu's general news coverage. Kasturi & Sons also publishes The Hindu, founded in 1878, along with the magazines Frontline and Sportstar.

Business Line covers Indian and global business, finance, and economic policy, including weekly specials on industry verticals such as agriculture, aviation, automotive, and information technology. The paper is printed at 17 centers across India.
