Biography

Nitsa Kalispera is executive vice president of global supply chain at BMG, the music division of Bertelsmann, having joined the company in 2015 after previous roles at EMI Music and Universal Music Group. In 2019 she was appointed senior vice president of recorded music supply chain operations. On March 20, 2023, she was elected to Bertelsmann's Supervisory Board effective March 23, 2023, as an employee representative, becoming one of five such representatives on the board. She was named to Billboard's 2026 Global Power Players list, in the Music Groups: Global category.
