Biography

Nitil Patel is a non-executive director of Intercede Group plc. He served as chief financial officer of Dods Group plc, a data, business intelligence, and media company, from 2016 to 2020, and before that spent 15 years as chief financial officer of the multi-media content company Ten Alps plc, later rebranded Zinc Media plc, joining at the company's founding in 1999 as finance director and overseeing its 2001 listing on London's AIM market. He was interim CFO at D4t4 Solutions plc in 2021. He trained with the accounting firm Sayers Butterworth before joining television production company Planet 24 Limited as a financial accountant, working on productions including The Big Breakfast. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
