Biography

Pauline Milligan is chief operating officer and projects and partnerships manager at Positive News, a solutions-focused media outlet, a position she has held since September 2015. Before joining Positive News, she worked as a freelance social enterprise business consultant and project manager from 2010 to 2017 and as project director for The Nomad Cinema, a pop-up cinema business, from 2010 to 2013. From 2009 to 2010 she was senior programme manager for the Social Enterprise Ambassadors programme at Social Enterprise UK, and from 2004 to 2009 she held roles in artist liaison and events and promotions coordination at CAFOD.
