It is funded by more than 90 member universities and research institutions across the UK, Ireland and Europe, along with UKRI, Research England and other sector funders, and publishes free to read and free to republish under Creative Commons.
The Conversation network began in Melbourne, Australia, in March 2011, founded by Andrew Jaspan with support from business strategist Jack Rejtman and University of Melbourne Vice-Chancellor Glyn Davis.
