The Yerevan State University (YSU) Institutional Repository is an open-access digital repository operated by Yerevan State University, the flagship national university of Armenia. Built on the DSpace platform, the repository archives academic and scholarly content produced by YSU's faculty, students, and researchers across the university's broad range of disciplines.
The repository was established as part of the open access movement in Armenia, supported through the EIFL MINERVA project and related national initiatives. YSU was one of four Armenian universities that adopted institutional open access policies and implemented DSpace repositories. The platform was upgraded to DSpace 7 with support from EIFL in 2022, improving access and usability.
Yerevan State University was founded in 1919 and is the largest and most comprehensive higher education institution in Armenia, offering programs in the natural sciences, humanities, social sciences, law, economics, and more. It is located in central Yerevan.
The repository holds theses, dissertations, journal articles, research papers, and other scholarly works by YSU affiliates. Content spans a broad range of academic disciplines reflecting the university's comprehensive curriculum, in Armenian, Russian, and English.
The repository is publicly accessible online as an open-access platform for personal study, teaching, and research.
